The Philippines is a major banana producer; thanks to its tropical climate, fertile soil, and abundant rainfall, the region offers a stable, year-round supply of high-quality bananas. The client for this project is a Philippine company with extensive experience in banana processing. They had previously established a banana chip production line with a capacity of 100 kg/h, primarily serving the local market. However, as their product quality gained recognition, sales channels expanded, and order volumes grew, the existing line could no longer meet the rising production demands. To further increase market share, the client decided to build a new 300 kg/h banana chips production line, aiming to significantly boost production capacity while maintaining consistent product quality.

After contacting us, the client provided a detailed overview of their existing factory’s production operations, facility layout, and future development plans. In addition to increasing production capacity, the client sought a new production line that would integrate seamlessly with existing equipment, further boost efficiency, reduce labor costs, and allow space for future expansion.
In response to the client’s requirements, our technical team conducted a thorough analysis and developed a customized production solution for banana chips with a capacity of 300 kg/h. We carefully configured every stage of the process—including raw material washing, peeling, slicing, frying, de-oiling, seasoning, and packaging—to ensure smooth production line operation while balancing equipment coordination and ease of future maintenance.
To ensure the proposed solution truly met the specific needs of the client’s facility, we dispatched engineers to the site in the Philippines for a thorough assessment. They measured and evaluated key factors—including facility dimensions, utility infrastructure, material flow, equipment placement, and operator workspaces—and proposed a more optimized layout that integrated the client’s existing equipment.
Through on-site consultation, we further refined the production line design, streamlining material flow, reducing raw material transport distances, and enhancing overall production efficiency.
Regarding equipment selection, we prioritized the quality requirements inherent in the banana chip production process. The entire production line is constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel, ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards while offering stable operation and ease of cleaning and maintenance. The continuous production method ensures seamless transitions between processing stages, minimizes manual intervention, and enhances the consistency of the banana chips.Throughout the partnership, we provided not only equipment manufacturing but also a comprehensive, one-stop service package—including factory layout planning, installation guidance, on-site commissioning, operational training, and ongoing technical support—thereby laying a solid foundation for the project’s successful implementation.
