Recently, our company successfully signed a cooperation agreement with a Bolivian customer on a banana flour production line project. The project is led by the Bolivian government and aims to promote the deep processing and added value of the country’s agricultural products, serving the country’s food safety strategy and export-oriented economic development needs.
This project plans to build a banana flour production line with a capacity of 10 tons/hour, covering the entire process of automated equipment from primary banana processing, cleaning, slicing, drying, crushing, screening to final packaging. Our company will provide one-stop services such as whole-line design, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning, and personnel training for this project to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the production line and meet the customer’s dual requirements for capacity and quality.
As an important banana-growing country in South America, Bolivia has continued to make efforts in the field of agricultural deep processing in recent years. Through a cooperative model led by the government and participated by enterprises, the local area is actively developing a functional food industry represented by banana powder. This project will not only improve the comprehensive utilization rate of bananas and reduce waste, but also help increase farmers’ income, increase employment opportunities, and promote the modernization and transformation of local agriculture.
The project equipment is expected to be produced and delivered within 4 months after the contract is signed, and engineers will be dispatched to the site for installation and commissioning.
