2. Cubed-frozen bananas: Some factories cut peeled bananas into slices or small chunks based on downstream product needs before quick freezing. This method is more suitable for industrial processing, such as making banana ice cream, purees, baked fillings, or complex fruit and vegetable blends. Cubed frozen bananas are easier to package, weigh, and use, improving production efficiency.

How do banana freeze?

This machine typically rapidly reduces the temperature of bananas to below -18°C in a very short time, effectively locking in their moisture and nutrients while preventing the loss of juice and structural damage that would occur with slower cooling.
